Due to high volume of orders, especially during the Holiday season, shipping times may vary and be delayed. Please allow around 7 business days for shipping. Please note: Lead times and ship times are subject to change. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive confirmation with tracking number to view carrier information and transit details. Some orders may be split-shipped and items may arrive seprately.

Damages:

If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact us at shop@gatehousestyle.com  and we will be able to give you resolution options. Please include your name, order number, and if possible photos of the damage and packaging so that we can best assist you.
